On Wednesday, August 21, the Dalai Lama's special envoy to Tibet paid a courtesy visit to the office of People Power Party Congressman Suh, Chun-ho (Sacheon, Namhae, Hadong, Gyeongsangnam-do).  They talked with Rep. Suh, Chun-ho for about an hour.

On this day, residents of Southern Mongolia (Inner Mongolia) and Uyghurs who were oppressed by the Chinese Communist Party visited together and explained to Representative Suh, Chun-ho about the reality of human rights violations by the Chinese Communist Party and asked the Korean government to also pay attention.

Rep. Suh, Chun-ho said, "I have seen all the interviews in Korea, so I know very well what you are talking about today. Human rights are a universal value for humanity. I myself was in prison for three years, so I know well the pain.  The people of the Republic of Korea respect the country. “I know very well the sorrow of being without a country while being colonized by Japan before the founding of the country, so the international community will work together to put an end to China’s human rights abuses,” he said.

When Rep. Suh, Chun-ho was the head of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, he forcibly suppressed and disbanded Hanjin Heavy Industries when the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions occupied it, and imprisoned activist lawmakers such as Shim Sang-jeong, Roh Hoe-chan, and Kwon Young-gil, who were interfering with the execution of official duties, in a detention center, thereby helping to prevent the Hanjin Heavy Industries situation. The spread of the second mad cow disease outbreak was prevented.

As a result, the Moon Jae-in administration regulates former National Intelligence Service Deputy Director Suh, Chun-ho as the first person to liquidate deep-rooted corruption in the country.

The U.S. Congress has passed the Tibetan Independence and Assistance Act.
